Product or Service related complaints will be handled speedily by one or more members of our support team by sending out official correspondence to the aggrieved client. Failing this initial correspondence to be to the client’s satisfaction the client will be contacted to discuss potential remedies.

Advice related complaints are handled by our internal Complaints officer. Should the official correspondence sent to the client prove to be unsatisfactory the client will be contacted to discuss potential remedies.
